Representative Shevrin D. Jones is the CEO and Founder of LEAD Nation (Leaders by Empowerment, Activists by Development) and the Co-Founder for the South Florida Youth Summit. His passion and commitment for youth has inspired many to be proactive in fostering change in their homes and their communities. Shevrin’s service to the community includes his current role as Florida State Representative of House District 101. He is also a member of various community initiatives.

Whitney Rawls is the President of L.E.A.D. Nation and Co-Founder of the South Florida Youth Summit. He is a community relations professional and the chief idea mover at Notion Motion LLC where he consults and advises on civic & political issues, business startup, development and stabilization, and growth for non-profits and small businesses. He also serves on several boards, working with public and private organizations toward developing better social responsibility, economic development and human capital services policies in urban communities.

Adrian D. Freeman is the Executive Director of the South Florida Youth Summit as well as L.E.A.D. Nation. He is a driven success motivator and coach and enjoys connecting people with resources that will take them further in life. Adrian’s approach is transformational and he breathes it into all his endeavors. Adrian is also an author, speaker and owner of Adrian Speaks International.
Robert Stephens IIICEO of Change Makers Academy | Youth Summit Chair
Robert Stephens is the South Florida Youth Summit Chairperson. An advocate for change and progression among youth based initiatives, Stephens co-founded Change Makers Academy Inc., has served as the president of the Empowering Experience Conference for the past five years, served on the South Florida Youth Summit Planning Committee as the Chairperson for the past four years and has dedicated his time as a board member for a number of organizations.
Michael RaghebCEO of Knowledge of Careers
Michael currently serves as CEO of Knowledge of Careers, a nonprofit organization focused on professional skill development and social entrepreneurship for public high school students. His work in healthcare is focused on improving how patients interact with health services and reducing costs for hospital systems. Michael is currently the CEO of Mend by Tend, a healthtech company focused providing telemedicine software for pediatric physicians and hospitals to connect them with patients around the world to improve pediatric healthcare globally. He also serves as the Director of CareContinuum, a software company providing hospitals a customized product to automates triage, data wrangling, scheduling, and patient education. He is also the Managing Director of Doubluna, a global, direct to manufacturer, medical supply company.
